Hey, would a program that automatically trained new skills be against the rules? I still can't figure out if that is what this tool does, or if it just provides a place for you to plan skills.

I placed a 1 day order for a Guardian Vexor (which I really, really, really want btw.) for 8 mil, and it expired tonight. The problem is, it still shows up on the details page, and that money has not been added back to my account. Is all that mone...
